In December 1989 I started my mortgage career. I am very thankful to all the clients who have allowed me to serve them. I am not a mortgage salesman. I do not sell my clients on a product or program, but instead share my knowledge and 31 years\' experience to help people purchase or refinance, to meet their changing needs. I take my client\'s trust and their needs very seriously. I ask the right questions so I may help the clients with the right mortgage that best meets their budget and their requirements. We are different from most companies. We are not order takers. We are Professional Loan Officers who combine great technology with good old fashioned customer service. We are here to help our clients with programs down to a 580 credit score. We can offer common sense manual underwriting for FHA & VA financing, for when the automated program comes back less than favorable. I can be reached 7 days a week, 8am to 8pm. I am here to help!
