ABOUT BRIAN KOENIGSON

As a territory development manager at Unilever Food Solutions, I leverage my passion for food and over 15 years of experience in the food service industry to provide innovative and sustainable solutions for my clients. I have a dual BA/MBA degree in supply chain management and marketing, as well as professional certifications from the National Restaurant Association and the NYC Department of Health and Hygiene. My role involves maintaining and developing relationships with a diverse range of customers, from broadline and regional foodservice distributors to country clubs, chains, caterers, hotels, and restaurants. I also have experience in R&D, marketing, and bringing new products to market, as well as recipe development and menu planning. I manage a small team of salespeople covering the area between Ontario, Canada and Virginia, USA, and I create monthly sales reports and manage social media platforms. I pride myself on my customer service skills, my ability to listen and offer solutions, and my feedback-driven approach. My goal is to deliver value-added services and products that enhance the quality and profitability of my clients\' businesses.
