A Team leader told me In AXA to think for my self. As I was leveling a new model operating Table On a Artis Q. A year later After earning my team Lead in AXA. I got an assignment to to do a coil swap on MRI. I was told never turn down assignment. Even though I had only tech on installation I took that to heart excepted job. To make a long story short I followed the manuals starting with ramping machine down. Two week later in the mail. My lead in MRI. This was my second modalities paper work, It was made it official Big thank you to Harvey Cullum AXA team leader. His Instruction taught me to think for my self under pressure.
