   Licensed Professional Engineer managing various types of construction design projects from start to finished. In addition to design, I help manage the Team\'s production staff by delegating assignments, reviewing designs, and providing design input as needed. These services include:Structural Analysis & Design - Structural analysis, code research, and design of structural elements for construction design projects. Design includes materials for conventional wood, engineered wood, hot rolled structural steel, cold formed steel, and concrete.Plan Development - Development of full (new construction) or partial (repairs, renovations) plan sets to be constructed from. Working with architects, contractors, and building owners through all phases of design including conceptual design, design development, and construction documents.BIM Modeling - Development and drafting of plans and custom details using Revit and AutoCAD. Collaborating with architects with their BIM models to create a consistent design.Engineering Consultations - Providing a professional opinion on the evaluation and analysis of an existing structures. These are often for structures showing some sign of deficiency (cracks, sagging, bows) and needing a repair. Additionally, I will help clients understand the feasibility of a certain projects and what may be involved moving forward.Project Management - Handling the communication between clients, building officials, architects, contractors, and more to ensure cohesive and approved designsConstruction Administration Services - Verification that construction has followed the proposed design through period inspections. Addressing change orders or discrepancies during the construction process.
