About Brian Kerby

I have been a Foodservice professional for over 42 years, and I have a passion for this business, its people, the experiences it provides, and the wonderful, diverse food it shares! I am driven to more deeply understand the Foodservice Industry and to help guide operators in keeping up with change and taking advantage of the opportunities it brings. My Journey from being a dishwasher 42 years ago to a 8 wonderful roles with US Foods has been filled with learning, loving, developing, and now giving back to the industry. I have been privileged to be part of an evolution of Food Service Distribution giving back and investing in their Independent Restaurant Customers. I along with many dedicated others at US Foods have helped to develop a Nationwide Restaurant Consulting program, a National Menu Program, enhanced and innovative Restaurant Technology Partnerships with companies like Craftable and Toast, as well as many other things that Help Our Customers Make it. This evolution has forced Food Distribution companies all across America to invest more money, people and resources into bringing more help and value to their Independent Restaurant Customers, thus fundamentally bringing accelerated change to our industry.
