ABOUT BRIAN KELLEHER

I am a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology, and I am currently working as a design engineer for L2A Land Design, LLC. I have experience in the land development industry designing Civil Site Plans and Stormwater Management Facilities. I also have experience in obtaining outside agency approvals with a number of entities such as the County Soil Conservation Districts, NJDEP, NJDOT, etc. along with having experience in land use approvals with respect to municipal planning and zoning boards, and at various county planning boards throughout the state of New Jersey. I am very familiar with NJ land use proceedings. I have worked on a number of projects in a variety of markets including Mixed-Use, Multi-Family Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Single-Family Subdivisions. Some of my responsibilities are listed below: Civil Plan Design/Production using AutoCad Civil 3D: Demolition Plans, Site Plans/Zoning, Grading and Drainage, Utility, Landscaping, Lighting, SESC, FHA Regulatory Plans, NJDOT Regulatory Plans, Vehicle Circulation Plans. Stormwater Management Design Resolution Compliance Outside Agency Permitting (SESC Plan Cert, TWA, County Planning, FHA, Access Permits,etc.) Construction Support (shop drawings, RFI) I have passed the FE and plan on pursuing my professional license.
