I also- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO and other Chiefs to manage strategy- Facilitate communication across departments to avoid silos and make sure the organization stays aligned- Manage the software development lifecycle of the development team- Lead new initiatives to maturity with the ability to continue owning them on an ongoing basis- Keep many projects moving forward simultaneously and hold projects accountable to Key ResultsWhat I enjoy most is the process of keeping us all rowing in the same direction. My strengths are in communication, coordination, and the ability to work with many different skill sets and personality types.
