As a design engineer, I am responsible for managing standard product projects with values ranging from $10K to $1M. I am also also an important contributing team member for integration projects, working under the direct supervision of a senior design engineer. I provide design, drafting, and technical support to meet integration project demands through hands-on or sub-contracting support for various equipment and components including conveyors, chutes, structural support steel, machine guards, OEM machinery, and power transmission elements. I also maintain and update our portfolio of standard products utilizing 2D and 3D CAD software within a PLM system.
