OVERVIEW:Managed all aspects of the course, including reviewing textbooks, creating instructional materials and assessments, and developing weekly assignments as well as special projects. Frequently teach classes online that involves multiple engagement points per week with students via class discussion boards and more traditional methods of contact.HIGHLIGHTS:⏩ Created instructional materials that adhered to different learning styles and preferences, along with developing current, relevant, real-world content.⏩ Provided constructive, positive feedback to students, including those who were struggling to learn course material, which motivated them to strive for higher academic achievement and effort.
