Navy Command Master Chief\'s (CMC) are part of a command leadership triad (Commanding Officer, Executive Officer, and Command Master Chief) they stimulate free-flowing communications and ensure the highest standards of professionalism are upheld at all levels within the chain of command. Command Master Chiefs strengthen the chain of command by keeping the Commanding Officer aware of existing or potential situations as well as procedures and practices which affect the mission, readiness, welfare and morale of the Sailors in the command. CMC\'s are the senior enlisted leaders who report directly to their respective Commanding Officers. They formulate and implement policies concerning morale, welfare, job satisfaction, discipline, utilization and training of Navy personnel. By reporting directly to their Commanding Officer, the CMC\'s keep their chain of command aware and informed of sensitive and current issues.     Management Analyst- manages all civilian and military manpower and manning within EOD Group TWO. Determines the administrative needs, and takes action to ensure the command perform as effectively and efficiently as possible in support of all command operations. Processes and tracks all civilian personnel actions, civilian performance appraisals, awards, thrift savings plan changes and enrollments. Reviews and tracks all position descriptions submitted from EOD commands for approval. Receives and verifies civilian reports from Navy Expeditionary Combat command (NECC). Develops and maintains EOD Civilian Personnel Database and Tracking System, providing management with timely, accurate CIVPERS reports and information. Advises the Chief Staff Officer (CSO) on all professional development, upward mobility, and labor relations issues.
