Technical Lead of a six-person team in a centralized Infra/Datacenter logistics and inventory management organization. Primary responsibilities include: 1) Acting as a primary technical advocate with/for internal and external cross-functional (XFN) partners to identify, define, and develop analytics solutions that meet business needs, 2) researching and developing turnkey analytics solutions – often involving data engineering, performing statistical/ML analysis and automations, and backend/frontend report development, and 3) technically mentor and ramp up team of analysts- Developed a driver-based log-linear headcount forecasting model and dashboard for senior leadership that satisfied business requirements to account for infrastructure growth, headcount needs, and need to constrain linear growth- Developed Natural Language Processing (NLP) classification and clustering models to estimate hard-to-identify data labels required to assess part consumption by partner teams, and discover themes/issues for task data pertaining to a system analyst on-call break-fix team- Developed data integrity reports and transaction anomaly models to detect non-standard process issues and facilitate process improvements and master data fixes- Worked with internal and external engineering teams to scope, define, develop, and rollout a comprehensive (strategic to tactical) deck of KPI’s and functional metrics utilized by all levels of the org. This included direct development of a real-time tactical dashboard for field operations to drive immediate operational action and improvement- Oversaw development and maintenance of hundreds of standard reports related to inventory management as well as finance and compliance.
