   This firm has a wide range of project types, and as a Senior Project Manager I worked on several projects in our Atlanta office and in conjunction with our Florida offices.I am currently the Senior Project Manger for the Office project for the Department of Management Services (DMS) in Tallahassee Florida specific to the Capital Circle Office Complex consisting of two new office buildings and two parking decks.I assisted on the Education project Pineview K-8 which was a multi-office collaboration for The Okaloosa County School Board. Helping to oversee the Construction Documents and the Construction Administration of this project. The project is a new 1,200 student facility consisting of a two-story school that will feature classroom wings, a gymnasium, band and chorus rooms, a media center, and a cafeteria designed as an Enhanced Hurricane Protection Area.I worked on the Norriego Pointe condominium in Destin Florida. The project consisted of a high-rise condominium over a parking deck and included a boat slip dock. The project was completed through Design Development and currently is in pricing. As the Senior Project Manger I was tasked to take the design into Construction Documents.I collaborated on a high-end Residential project The George Residence in the Destin area. Assisting in managing the project through permitting and moving forward into Construction Administration currently.
