Brian is a broad-based leader with experience in technology and property & casualty insurance businesses. His career journey has spanned two top ten P&C insurance companies, a leading HR and advertising tech business, and a top management consulting firm.Since the start of his career, Brian has focused on leveraging his quantitative, storytelling, and leadership skillset to achieve profitable growth. He has successfully developed strategies, led cross-functional teams, and influenced to profitably grow books of business of over $500M. He has also driven enterprise-wide strategic projects through multiple operational areas such as digital technology, underwriting, and finance.Currently, Brian is focused on serving Progressive\'s customers through managing the P&L and distribution of Progressive\'s Personal Lines Auto insurance product. He is driven by values-based leadership and the opportunity to serve our customers, shareholders, and their families.Brian earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his undergraduate degree in Economics from Wake Forest University. He lives in Austin, TX with his wife Caity, who is a nurse anesthetist.
