I’m an engineering and mission systems leader with a passion for building resilient organizations — in the air, on the ground, and in business. Over two decades across aerospace and the U.S. Army Reserve have shaped how I lead: with precision, accountability, and service.As a Senior Engineering Manager at Northrop Grumman, I lead cross-functional teams delivering complex integrated systems that enable mission success. I manage technical performance, cost, and schedule across multiple control accounts under EVMS, coordinate procurement and integration with suppliers, and guide readiness briefings for executive leadership.In parallel, I serve as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve, where I’ve led soldiers and advised senior leaders across Field Artillery, Signal, and Asia-Pacific assignments. My experience as a China Foreign Area Officer honed my skills in operational strategy, cultural awareness, and cross-domain coordination.Beyond my corporate and military roles, I founded Brian Foster Solutions, a California-certified DVBE and SDVOSB initiative focused on engineering design, business continuity, and training solutions. This venture reflects my commitment to helping organizations and veterans build operational resilience through disciplined systems thinking.
