I help lead The World Egg and Sperm Bank in Scottsdale as a true operations partner to the CEO, with a clear focus on culture, structure, and growth. TWESB has been a pioneer in donor egg and sperm banking for more than twenty years. My role is to help steward and expand that legacy so donors, recipients, and clinic partners experience the same level of care, precision, and respect that we bring to the science.At TWESB I serve as Vice President of Operations, overseeing clinical, intake and screening, and marketing. Day to day I work most closely with these teams, while partnering with our seasoned lab director and senior embryologist to ensure protocols, people, and systems stay in alignment from first touch to final outcome. That means maintaining clear SOPs and making sure there is no gap between how it is written and how it actually runs, and building a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly rhythm that everyone can follow and trust.I think of my role as a cultural architect as much as an operator. I focus on teaching, training, and developing people so they understand the why behind the work. When the team is aligned, we can protect four core pillars at all times: clinical excellence, regulatory integrity, exceptional donor and recipient experience, and sustainable, profitable growth. My track record in prior fertility and high growth environments has always come back to those same foundations.I bring an unusual mix of experience to this work. I have spent more than twenty years driving revenue, building teams, and scaling operations in both fertility and logistics. That history gives me a deep comfort with complex, regulated environments, detailed financials, and per unit analysis, while still keeping the focus on people, relationships, and long term partnerships.Right now my focus at TWESB is to support and enhance our operations, elevate the donor and recipient journey at every touchpoint, and build on the structures that allow us to scale responsibly. I am always open to connecting with physicians, clinic leaders, and strategic partners who share a serious commitment to quality, ethics, and long term collaboration in reproductive medicine.
