As a licensed psychologist, I advocate for the care and treatment of individuals with unique physical and emotional challenges.I am skilled at data analysis and received a Microsoft Charter Member Certification in Data Science in 2016.Currently, I volunteer and serve as a member of a human rights committee entrusted in reviewing behavioral management, psychological, and psychiatric treatment of children and adults with developmental disabilities and traumatic injuries.I work closely with physicians and other treatment providers to ensure that narcotic/opioid medications are used safely in individuals with mental health and substance abuse related difficulties. I provide education and CBT pain treatments to help reduce need for narcotic medication treatments for those in chronic pain.In 2017, I had the honor of receiving a regional award for innovation through using technology to reduce pain catastrophizing and improve mental health outcomes in chronic pain treatments.
