Started as a multiskilled nightshift engineer, qualified to HNC/ HND level and moved onto 12hour shifts carrying out repair and maintenance of various equipment ranging from ovens, chocolate systems,process equipment upto fast pack wrapping machines. I was given the the opportunity and promoted to project engineering manager in 2013, where I work alongside and support the current project team overseeing, planning and supervising site projects and installation\'s. Just recently I was part of the team which planned and executed the removal and installation of a whole new cookie line from raw ingredients to wrap end, including a 66m meinke oven. The total cost of the project was £5million and fell into CDM regulations. Activities range from this to the safe replacement of roofs and civil engineering projects.
