About Brian Hubers

For 24 years, I was with the same company. In fact, I was one of two employees in 1995. So, in the early days, as is typical with any start-up, I fulfilled multiple roles and wore numerous hats while learning the in’s and out’s of the company. But I had no idea then that those years spent building a business would have prepared me for my position on the development team with Back2Back Ministries. God has used so many experiences to weave the story that has brought me to where I am today. From serving in Monterrey, Mexico, to being on the leadership team at Northstar, these accumulated life events have have prepared me for what I’m doing now. Today, I have the opportunity to meet and develop relationships with people who are equally as passionate about the mission of Back2Back as I am. Throughout the conversations I’ve had, I realize, over and over again, that ministry is much more than a transactional exchange.It about genuine connection. It’s about longevity. It’s about sustainability. Whether here in Cincinnati or somewhere else in the world, we’re all in this together.
