Key member of the FIFA26 Operational Services team responsible for overseeing end-to-end airport operations, ensuring seamless arrivals and departures for accredited FIFA client groups across airside and landside environments.Partner closely with Host City Airport Manager and Deputy Manager to execute daily operational plans aligned with FIFA standards and airport authority regulations- Supervise and motivate on-site staff, contractors, and volunteer teams to deliver world-class guest service and operational excellence- Coordinate airside and landside functions including passenger facilitation, transport staging, and welcome desk management- Serve as the primary liaison among airline handlers, customs, immigration, and transport providers to ensure smooth issue resolution at passport control, biosecurity, and baggage services- Oversee contracted Meet & Greet vendor performance, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and client satisfaction metrics- Maintain effective communication and collaborative relationships with airport authorities, security agencies, and FIFA client representatives- Manage Welcome Desk and load zone operations, ensuring timely coordination of transport logistics and client transfers- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and operational insights during daily briefings and debriefs- Entrusted with maintaining the highest safety, security, and customer experience standards for FIFA stakeholders during one of the world’s largest sporting events.
