ABOUT BRIAN HERNANDEZ
Success if not Final, Failure is not Fatal!” “You have to lose your fear of failure. Failure is apart of the process! People that never fail, never try. You have to get it wrong to get it right!” “You have to LOVE the PROCESS as much as you love the PRIZE\" \"When you want to SUCCEED as bad as you want to BREATHE, then you\'ll be SUCCESSFUL\" ~ Eric Thomas STRENGTH is the foundation of athletic performance. All athletes must be able to produce a large amount of force very quickly. Without a base of strength, an athlete cannot perform at a high level. A foundation of strength must be developed over time. This process must be consistent, or the athlete risks serious injury. The most important part of what I do has nothing to do with training. The most important part of what I do is mentor young men and women to believe in themselves, to follow their dreams and to set goals that will allow them to achieve those goals and dreams. I educate my teams/athletes on how to properly train for their sport, and understand all that is required to perform at a high level … EVERYTHING MATTERS! Nutrition, recovery/regeneration, sleep habits, weights and conditioning, and sport-skill development. I am in search of a full-time position as a Division I collegiate strength and conditioning coach. I have 19 years of coaching experience, and have worked with various men’s and women’s Olympic sport teams, as well as football at the community college level. I strive to be the best at everything I do! I am motivated to be the best strength & conditioning coach, and assist my teams to become CHAMPIONS! My preferred sports are baseball, track and field, football, volleyball, soccer and basketball. CSCS RSCC USAW-1 USATF-1 TRX-1
