Oversee webcast studio operations, manage vendor relationships, and submit weekly webcast studio reports to leadership. Manage all scheduling for the webcast studio and consult stakeholders on best practices for in-studio experience. Produce in-person studio and virtual productions such as podcasts, live-to-tape productions, and live broadcasts. Lead creative projects for different sectors of the firm to produce engaging content for internal and external clients. Oversee and manage contractors and freelancers that include technical/creative producers, engineers, and video editors. Conduct and manage video post-production editing for firmwide marketing projects, internal trainings, and webcasts that include color correction, motion graphics (banners/lower thirds/video bumpers), chroma keying, video overlaying etc. Approach, plan, and execute the design of studio productions and broadcasts in a fresh, creative, and engaging manner. Consult with internal meeting customers on the best meeting design and tools based on their event objectives and budget, CPE requirements, technology needs, event location, and audience, attendees, and presenters. Lead cross-functional project teams. Consult cross teams and Team Leaders on appropriate media and webcast studio expectations when required. Consult with the Market Relations Team and Team Leader on any hybrid broadcast components. Mentor, train and develop team members on video production platforms and virtual video capture tools that include adobe premiere pro, socialive, openreel, adobe photoshop, lightroom, and more.
