About Brian Heminger

Brian is currently a Director of Procurement for Store Construction at Abercrombie & Fitch. Brian currently manages a team of eight individuals responsible for the procurement and delivery of owner-supplied materials related to new store construction and remodels for all of A&F’s brands. In addition, he manages the relationships with A&F’s third-party FF & E logistics and warehousing vendors with a focus on reducing touches and costs throughout the project lifecycle. Prior to this, Brian managed Special Projects across all brands. This involved the complete development, sourcing, production and distribution of new and existing props and fixtures across the entirety of the A&F portfolio. He was also involved in the management of large and small scale store re-fixturing and rollout projects in coordination with the Store Design and Store Maintenance teams. These positions entail running multiple projects simultaneously, developing and managing CapEx and OpEx budgets and timelines, as well as successfully communicating horizontally and vertically throughout the organization. During his time at A&F, Brian has both managed and personally handled the sourcing and purchasing of many FF & E categories ranging from tables, forms, props and fixtures to storefront presentations and holiday decorations. Having previously been part of both the Store Operations and Visual teams, Brian brings a strong operational and visual viewpoint to the business. Brian collaborates closely with the Real Estate, Store Design, Store Construction, and Finance departments in his current role. He has also worked closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Visual, Store Maintenance, and the Store Operations team on a daily basis during the previous executions of store projects and rollouts.With a BS in Finance from Miami University, Brian brings an strong understanding of accounting as well as cash, P&L, and Inventory management to his position.
