Reporting to the VP of Manufacturing & Supply Chain, I lead a global Team that creates culture, drives/executes meaningful value through targeted analysis, effective solutions and practical integration for manufacturing sites using strategic LEAN principles and standardized work. I conduct site diagnostics, with the cooperation of the site leadership to turn around low performing sites while contributing to $100M in annual savings (primary responsibility to gas and electrical vehicle manufacturing sites) while directing the Project Management Office which is responsible for governance across the functional groups. • Collaborate with global business units and manufacturing sites to provide comprehensive PMO support• Develop and ensure compliance and governance around project management as well as delivery methodologies while supporting project reviews, provide mitigation guidance, contribute to maintaining/improving project savings• Key member of the Operations leadership team to develop, formulate, and execute both long and short-range operating plans, strategies, policies, programs and objectives across all global manufacturing sites• Provide leadership/coaching to site leaders to foster a culture of Operational Excellence throughout the global network, “to win the confidence and form relationships” of all stakeholders throughout the value stream• Comprehensive gap analysis of manufacturing activities to determine key areas of tangible risk/ opportunity• Provide coaching and mentoring for all OpEx community members on how and when to use the standard tool sets and assist in activities to grow the culture
