Led the successful ideation, development, and launch of an industry leading front-end drilling analytics platform (InnDrill) within 15 months. InnDrill garnered rapid adoption among field and office users, averaging daily page views, 30+ active users averaging 200+ page views per day, and is widely used on a daily basis to drive drilling operations performance improvements. Conducted strategic discussions with key internal stakeholders and drilling operations experts to identify and prioritize essential drilling applications. Formulated the visionary user experience and layout of the InnDrill platform, and executed agile software development best practices to implement the prioritized applications. Collaborated closely with the Capital Operations Technology Manager to establish an agile software development team, combining both internal and external team members, and implemented standardized agile software development procedures, ensuring timely delivery of applications to the drilling operations team. Spearheaded the establishment and enforcement of UI/UX design standard operating procedures to tailor each application to meet the specific requirements of internal customers in the drilling operations team. Facilitated a successful rollout of the InnDrill application to the drilling operations team, providing comprehensive training to end-users. Presently, the InnDrill platform hosts 11 functional drilling applications, with two more currently in development.
