Represented the Board of Education successfully negotiating six collective bargaining agreements each ratified in a timely manner. Safety Director responsible for the development and implementation of all emergency plans. Coordinated employee training and exercises. Recognized, three years in a row, by the Capital Area Safety Council for excellence in reducing work related injuries. Food Service Coordinator responsible for all aspects of food service in a K-12 school environment, including menu development, purchasing, food safety training and kitchen design. Served on the Governing Board of the Metropolitan Educational Council. Served as a member of the Metropolitan Educational Council\'s Purchasing Committee. Head baseball coach leading a high school program from a six win program to a program ranked among the 10 best division IV teams in the state of Ohio.
