As the crown jewel of D.C. sports venues, our primary emphasis is on proactive maintenance, project management & reliable operation of building support systems. Supporting a first-in-class preventative maintenance program. Creating and implementing detailed operating, maintenance and safety procedures, and directing a high-performance team to efficiently and cost-effectively manage a world class professional sports & entertainment venue-Oversee the maintenance, upkeep and renovations of the facility to ensure that the highest standards within Major League Baseball (MLB) are consistently attained-Support Strategic Partnerships to drive revenue streams through innovative advertising and promotions -Enact and manage sustainability measures to support environment protection -Manage world-class energy conservation programs to meet or exceed reduction goals as well as regulatory compliance (BEPS)-Maintain mission critical systems such as life safety, sports lighting, power generation, public utilities and 13.2kV substation-Develop Nationals & Events DC (City) annual and CapEx budgets-Manage critical PM contracts to include elevators / escalators, chillers, boilers, power generation, electronic and pneumatic controls, and other specialized equipment and services-Emergency preparedness & collaboration with local & federal law enforcement, military and public safety teams including DC FEMS-Support on site and mobile broadcast facilities-Direct visiting artist and entertainer support measures -Support of sq. ft. of 3rd party tenant space including gaming, dining & retail
