A part qualified CIMA Management Accountant, working towards full CIMA accreditation on completion of final professional exams. Other qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Business Management and an MSc in Finance & Accounting.Possesses detailed specialist knowledge in commercial lending, with practical experience in a variety of products across a range of funders and banks. This is paired with a broad understanding of the SME market, having dealt with a diverse customer base and learned the challenges faced across different industries. This hands-on experience, combined with formal financial qualifications, has supported the development of a very strong underwriting ability. This knowledge has been invaluable in daily interactions with brokers and credit teams, with the ultimate aim of helping SMEs obtain the funding they need. Experience also includes margin analysis and product pricing, providing enhanced insight into product profitability and the commercial performance of lending portfolios. Complementing this is expertise in data analysis, enabling the extraction of actionable insights from large data sets to support informed, data-driven decisions.Highly enthusiastic about stakeholder building and management.
