I manage cross‑functional initiatives, lead change management efforts, and work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Safety, IT, and senior leadership to drive measurable outcomes.Beyond my work in construction technology, I also serve as the Director of the Special Olympics Rhode Island State Summer Games, leading event strategy, athlete engagement, and cross‑functional planning for one of the state’s largest inclusive sporting events.What drives me is helping people—from craft workers to executives to athletes—get real value from the systems and experiences we create.
