I\'ve always worked many Jobs Currently I\'m a TSO for the TSA and enjoying it. In me previous position At Alorica I worked my way up from an Entry level Technician to a Team manager where I\'m directly over up to 30 people to a corporate trainer where I now train all the new hires. When I first started at Alorica I had just gotten out of College looking for a Medical assistant position that never materialized for me. The first 5 months it was just a paycheck. But I slowly realized I was not only good at the job but enjoyed it. I applied myself and within a few short months, I was promoted to Customer Relations Manager. I loved that job, It was always a challenge with new and complex issues that would pop up and it was my job to not only resolve whatever the problem was but to calm the usually irate person on the other end of the phone down. For 2 years I helped people resolve their repair delays with O.E.M. warranties fixed what other people thought were hopeless computer issues and turned people from hating my company to loving it. Then I got the opportunity for a real management position as a Team manager. In this role, I\'m responsible for overseeing the administrative side of my agents but much more it’s my job to pass on my skills to them to help them grow and strive for improvement. I successfully did this for 3 years until April of 2018 I was promoted to Corporate trainer, which means I then trained the new hires with the skills required to not just fix issues for people but to make those people feel appreciated and grateful for our help.My Second job which I will always have is a Business I Co Own with my wife. We craft items and sell them at conventions (IE Comicon or Dragoncon) recently I also became a UAV Pilot and have added media creation work to our business. For the most part, I handle the Finance, administrative, and advertisement end of the business while my wife makes the products we sell and finds new distributers to purchase supplies from. It’s been a fun ride and I hope to do it for years to come.
