Sales Engineer specializing in protective DNS and cloud-based security solutions, with a background spanning technical support, IT engineering, and IT management across MSPs and in-house environments. Comfortable translating complex networking and security concepts into clear, outcome-focused conversations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with experience supporting organizations of all sizes in the Greenville–Spartanburg area and beyond.​ I focus heavily in the MSP space and constantly want to help improve them.Over nearly a decade in IT, have led initiatives ranging from endpoint deployment and Office 365 administration to DNS security, backup and disaster recovery, and vendor management.
