About Brian Gausden
As a senior vice president in Western Retail Advisors\' Phoenix office, Brian leverages his 20+ years of commercial real estate experience to facilitate landlord and retailer leasing, investment sales, property marketing, and tenant representation. He has extensive experience in ground-up development, redevelopment, and infill assemblage, serving various retail sectors and formats. Brian works closely with each client to develop and implement effective, responsible market strategies and plans. He has successfully managed strategic, regional, and national market expansions for a variety of anchor, big box, and pad tenants, as well as quick-service, fast-casual, and sit-down restaurants. He also represents national and regional developers in leasing, merchandising, and marketing of several significant regional shopping center projects. Brian is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds a communications degree and a minor in business administration from the University of Arizona.
