Manages technical scopes of work, deliverables, budgets, and timelines for projects within Transportation’s EV/EVI portfolio.• Oversees the development, review, and delivery of technical education materials, tools, and resources for program stakeholders (e.g, installers, dealers) and ensures consistency across EV and EVI programs.• Works with matrixed teams, including T&I, dealer, marketing, engineering, incentive operations, platform development and IT, to align on technical requirements for program eligibility.• Provides critical review and quality assurance for all transportation team technical work products, including advising on the validation of charger utilization data with the Knowledgebase team.• Develops technical work plans and resource allocations during proposal scoping and in support of ongoing program requirements.• Serves as a technical point of contact for inquiries related to program design, infrastructure deployment, and technical assistance.• Identifies technical risks and implementation issues, escalates appropriately, and recommends corrective actions.• Supports internal process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of technical project delivery.• Leads cross-functional technical tasks that require engineering judgment and industry-specific knowledge related to EV charging infrastructure, grid integration, renewable energy systems, and related technologies.• Develops technical guidelines and standard operating procedures for new or evolving program offerings.
