Holdfast took over the business that was previoulsy run by CPL Entertainment Group. I run the financial and operational arms of the business with five clubs and two bar restaurants. Some recent successes are- Restructuring the group from the old CPL Group to Holdfast Entertainment, which involved various negotiations, raising funding from several sources, asset sales and TOGCs- Working with my management teams to create a complete set of company policies and procedures covering all topics from HR through promotion to health and safety. This allowed us to win various good practice awards including a National Best Bar None award- Founding member of Glasgow Clubwatch, creating a voice for the nightime sector in Glasgow.
