Served as Project Manager and Senior CRM Analyst on a $3M+ annual Department of Justice contract leveraging the Microsoft Power Paltform, including Microsoft Dataverse (aka Dynamics 365/Dynamics CRM), Azure DevOps, Microsoft PowerApps and Microsoft SharePoint. Designed, developed, and implemented fully automated Application Lifeycle Management (ALM) tools for continuous deployment of Application Code, Configuration and Data, utilizing the Azure DevOps CI/CD modules to over 25 environments within the Government Community Cloud (GCC). Provided mentorship and training to employees with various levels of experience in the Microsoft stack as well as test team. Performed performance reviews for team members. Set objectives for the project as a whole and team members to improve their skills and strengthen our application and client relationships. Served as a key member on the presales team for various proposals, building and delivering demos to prospective clients.
