Currently leading Quality Assurance for P&G Beauty America’s Skin and Personal Care Business Unit including iconic and trusted brands Old Spice, Olay, Native, Secret, Gillette, Ivory, and Safeguard Prior to current assignment led transformations in Quality Management Systems and Industrial Microbiology as part of P&G’s Quality Assurance global organization. Other positions held include leading R&D for P&G Chemicals and Surfactants materials, and prior to this had several R&D roles within the Fabric & Home Care sector, spending 6 years located in Beijing leading product and supply chain innovation for liquid and powder laundry detergents in Greater China, Japan, and other markets in Southeast Asia. Also had assignments in North America liquid laundry, and located in Brussels and Cincinnati leading consumer research and process scale up for Hand Dishwash liquids and Surface Cleaners.
