Siemens Mobility Division designs and manufactures across the entire spectrum of rolling stock, including commuter and regional passenger trains, light rail and streetcars, metros, locomotives, passenger coaches and high speed trainsets. With 30+ years\' experience as a training, development and instructional-focused design leader I have experience launching large-scale projects including, creating and managing corporate training functions, LMS, e-learning, distance learning, classroom and video applications. As part of the Rail Asset Managment & Performance team, my group supports learning for both internal and external customers after delivery of Siemens’ vehicles. Projects include learning support throughout North America, technical writing, managing the Mobility LMS and developing technical manuals sets utilizing a centralized interactive digital medium.*Some Accomplishments- Have worked on customer training requests internationally. Have managed hundreds of analyses with customers and developed training plans that meet the customer\'s needs all achieving the objective of successful transfer of learning- Developed in-class, hands-on, blended and computer based training as deliverables-Developed multi-million-dollar Computer-based- training academies / programs.
