Nextep works hand-in-hand with small to mid-sized companies to provide HR services including payroll, tax administration, risk and compliance, and big-company benefits. Nextep started as a one-person company, so I understand the importance of these services to small business. Nextep has grown from a start-up to a company with over 150 employees in 20 years. We have helped hundreds of businesses with their benefits, HR services, payroll, and risk & compliance. Beyond the work that we do at Nextep, I am very proud of the culture we have created. We have been named a Best Place to Work in Oklahoma eight times. One of the most important pieces of our culture is the Nextep Charitable Foundation, which we use as our platform to help charities and nonprofits with our time, dollars, and expertise.
