In this postion I mange the operations of the Boy Socut council. I mange the field staff of eleven personel and review and analize the budget to ensure operations are on traget. Work with staff members to conduct 8 special event fundraisers and a 1.3 million dollar popcorn sale. At the same time, conducting over 40 activites for youth,servicing 576 boy scout troops, cub scout packs, ve3nturing crews and Exploring units.
