I attribute my experience and growth to a broad spectrum of leadership roles and variety of wide-ranging projects throughout my professional career. This experience and approach has been enhanced through personal service roles as well: as a village councilman, on multiple non-profit boards, coaching youth, high school, and college athletics, refereeing basketball, and as a husband and father.
