In support of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Opertions and Integration (OI). DTRA OI leads Department of Defense (DoD) actions to rapidly provide Counter-Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) capabilities in support of U.S. forces and to enable the defeat of the IED as a weapon of strategic influence. C-IED Integrators represent DTRA at their respective commands to facilitate engagement strategy, integrate C-IED initiatives and concepts, and foster a common understanding of the worldwide IED threat. Coordinates multi-layered, multi-intelligence analysis in cooperation with other analytical teams to define and assess patterns of human enemy network activities for support of C-IED and Attack the Network (AtN) operations. Leverage to current C-IED tactics, techniques and procedures, equipment, and funding in support of CCMD Theater Security Cooperation and Campaign Plans as well as regional engagement strategies. Provides expertise in operational and CCMD and supported Component Commands level military operations, intelligence, operations research/systems analysis, and operations-intelligence fusion and analysis to support deployed U.S. and coalition forces in AtN operations. Plans, organize and conduct analytical studies; develops significant plans, policies and exercises support and formulates strategy and future concepts for general purpose and special operations forces involved in actions across the operational continuum. Assist in support of CCMD development and management of the Theater C-IED Program in support of specific Theater Security Cooperation Plans. Develops and manages the Theater C-IED Program in support of Theater Security Cooperation Plans and Theater Campaign Plans. Represent the DTRA Director as the primary representative of the CCMD commander on all matters requiring C-IED expertise.
