I lead teams in design development, construction documentation, bidding, permit acquisition, and contract administration. I attend job meetings, draft field reports, review shop drawings, product data, and applications for payment. I plan, develop, and manage project scopes. I conduct physical visits, take photos, analyze maintenance history, uncover building, zoning, and/or fire code violations, and craft clear/concise reports.
