Holding a Master’s in Geotechnical Engineering and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Civil Engineering and Geomatics Engineering, Brian combines technical expertise with strategic leadership. His extensive career at Williams includes key roles in environmental leadership, landslide susceptibility mapping & remediation, trenchless engineering & construction, and the development of a company-wide Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) program, now enabling drone operations across the organization.
