My role is to collaborate, partner and enjoin with the various acumen leads, regional and national team leaders, the area and property General Managers and ownership groups of the portfolio of hotels within the Evolution Hospitality organization. Be an ambassador for the Evolution culture, build growth of revenue, profits and support an environment of customer service, profitability, associate centric focus with a sense of urgency for luxury, lifestyle, full service hotel. Ensure the successful representation of our company to the various partners and ownership groups involved through strategic discussions, partnering and thorough communication. Most major brands, as well as several, independent lifestyle hotels and restaurants, are represented within the hotels I am fortunate to work with and lead.
