Brian has 25 years of experience practicing law in the areas of business formations, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations and disputes, banking and finance, real estate, construction and zoning, and estate planning and administration. He is licensed and regularly practices in both Ohio and Kentucky. Brian has attained the highest possible peer review rating of “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell and been recognized as a Super Lawyer for Business & Corporate Law in the Ohio and Kentucky edition. He is Chair of the Kentucky Bar Association\'s Business Law section and former Chair of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association\'s Business and Tax Law section. He has helped draft revisions to Kentucky\'s Business Corporations Act and Limited Liability Company Act. He is a title agent, Manager of Dunham Law’s affiliated title company, Commerce Land Title, and one of only 17 attorneys currently certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Specialist in Business, Commercial and Industrial Real Property Law. He is Chair of the Kenton County Planning Commission.
