Over my career of 20+ years, I have helped organizations from small/medium sized businesses to global Fortune 500 companies achieve their strategic objectives. I have worked in all phases to plan and execute strategic initiatives, which includes implementing technology solutions, leading transformation and restructuring projects, and managing and tracking portfolios of project investment opportunities. I enjoy the challenge of working in global, fast-paced, and complex environments as they allow me to utilize my diverse skills and experience, stretch my problem-solving abilities, and provide me with opportunities to be innovative and to think creatively. My career highlights include: • Institutionalized an end-to-end methodology for managing a global portfolio of projects (from business prioritization to project selection and execution) supported by the assessment of sales, service, and claims capability gaps. • Led the implementation of a data visualization tool that harnessed internal and third party metrics to provide insights into AIG’s Personal Insurance business globally. • Led a key restructuring program for AIG’s businesses in Bermuda with the core objectives of simplifying legal entity structure, implementing the Finance & Accounting organization’s target operating model, and releasing over $300M of capital. • Implemented and supported Oracle Applications based solutions for companies across multiple industries including Financial Services, Biotech, Consumer Products, Utilities, Telecommunications, and Professional Services.
