Provides vision, leadership and development of Main Line Health Senior Services. This includes administrative oversight of care coordination, financial support, program accountability and outcomes to enhance the care of older people throughout the health system. Main Line Health offers a comprehensive system of primary care, ambulatory, inpatient, post acute, wellness and community based services. Main Line Health is also a leading partner with the Delaware Valley Accountable Care Organization. Main Line Health Senior Services is a population health focused service line for older people age 65 and older. Strategic development includes services which assist an older person and their family in managing health through prevention, education, care management, and social supports. Partnerships with community organizations are establishes to promote wellness, improve healthcare quality, meet needs related to social determinants of health and strategically focus health care costs. Responsibilities include leading the development, execution and progress reporting of strategy and related business plans. Analyzes, assesses and recommends new business strategies for the development and implementation of new or changing geriatric services and programs. Serves a key service line strategic plan communicator for internal and external business audiences.
