I am a versatile Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing leader with extensive experience developing and managing services used by many business partners. As a hands-on global manager of onshore and offshore teams with excellent programming and algorithmic skills and a taste for analytical challenges – I have the ability to connect and translate technical issues concisely and appropriately to motivate teams to take pride in pleasing our customers.CAREER SNAPSHOTI have always been able to pick up new technologies, systems, and architecture quickly. Went brand new into IT in and immediately dove into work with databases and stored procedures. Thrown into learning how to manage deployments of other business development tools and Oracle data warehouse technology. Was able to grasp what’s needed to manage system architecture quickly and inherited a lot of new responsibilities (deployments and upgrades) while remaining a dedicated employee of Prudential. Started with Business Objects, it became apparent that they really needed someone to take control of whole deployment so I established standards and managed the whole deployment. Grew that from working with two business partners to up to 16 business partners. Had a lot of success helping business partners with ad hoc and batch reporting capabilities. Based on that success, I was assigned ownership of the Individual Life COGNOS deployment and guided our team to successfully upgrade to version 10.I look to bring my expertise of aligning successful data, business needs, and technical capabilities into a Machine Learning or Data Science role.
