Rare combination of Clinical and IT sales leadership experience, love the player-coach roles in the field. Trained originally by Stryker then Medtronic in Orthopedic Instruments, Spine Implants, and Endoscopy sales for 8 years. Transitioned to IT sales leadership and strategy roles in start-up companies combining AI with electronic health records embedding voice and video conferencing solutions for telehealth, language interpreting, and patient data automation. Private Equity exits for companies (2) where my contracting and negotiation experience had major company growth implications, forging partnerships with Philips, GE, Stryker, Poly, Cisco, Microsoft, Zoom, Vidyo, and their related channel ecosystems. Learned to bundle back end server and storage solutions associated with real time video applications while working at HP and Poly, and partnering with IBM globally. Over 10 years of managing sales teams from 5 to 155 members both direct and via channel partners. I have extensive knowledge of multiple CRM systems including: Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Sales Logix, and Hubspot. While I love managing data, I am an avid outdoor sports person away from the job, and frequently mix fitness activities into work trips to stay sharp, including: stand up paddling, surfing, mountain biking, hiking, running, skiing, and snowboarding. Encouraging donations from employers to underserved communities in Healthcare and SLED markets is also a passion of mine. Have worked with Joe DiMaggio Children\'s Hospital, Henry Ford Health Center, The Shriners, and many others over the years.
