RECENT - The 15th Annual World POWER SHOWCASE was hosted by the Miami Marlins at loanDepot Park from November 19th through the 23rd - 2022. The 2nd Annual Pro Series was hosted by the Miami Marlins at loanDepot Park from November 19th through the 23rd, 2022. The 14th Annual World POWER SHOWCASE was hosted by the Miami Marlins at loanDepot Park from November 20th through the 24th, 2021. Inaugural Pro Series - hosted by the Tampa Bay Rays at lMinute Maid Park, August oanDepot Park from August 8th. through. the 10th, 2021. Representatives have come from Aruba, Australia, Bahamas, Belize, Brazil, Canada, Caribbean - St Maarten, Czech Republic, Curacao, Dominican Republic, France, Germany, Guatemala, Holland, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Lithuania, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Puerto Rico, South Korea, Venezuela, and the Virgin Islands since the inception in 2003. • Execute firm owned & operated (30) combined Annual Line-up events on the calendar to date resulting in over one-half of the firm’s prospects drafted by major league organizations directly out of high school with the remaining participants attending/signing with a D I or Junior college programs. Provide a leadership role in planning and management of U.S. & International large-scale projects-special events within five Major League Baseball cities/organizations and seven countries; Tampa Bay Rays, Arizona Diamondbacks, Texas Rangers (Globe Life Park and Globe Life Field), and Miami Marlins ~ Dominican Republic, Japan, Puerto Rico, Nassau Bahamas, Nicaragua, South Korea, and the US Virgins Islands. Knowledge and experience of media tactics, communication, analysis, change management, and employee engagement in several projects abroad. Responsible for preparation and management of the operating budget along with maintaining a cohesive and constant winning experience-image for the organization in all promotions and special events.

   In 2013, the POWER SHOWCASE has expanded its vision with the addition of a younger age group - Future Stars. This pristine event will highlight and feature players from 10 to 14 years-old. The participants receive a Personal Highlight Video, Photo Package, Welcome Dinner, Mental Strength Training, Pro Scout Day, Finals, Full Uniform, Embrace the \"Home Runs That Help\"(community outreach initiative) and play a 10 inning All-American Game.
