I head a team providing IT services to a number of sites within an operations based business unit, leading highly complex large scale IT operations. • Primary contact for all IT services • Lead and run site-based IT operations in conjunction with central services • Develop, coordinate, and represent the IT agenda at the sites. • IT budget and cost control • Accountability to internal and external partners at a senior level • Coordinate and work with the operations teams to identify areas for development and to deliver IT solutions to meet the business needs of today and the future. • Manage Operational Applications • Manage & deliver innovation initiatives • Manage the provision of IT services to support the operations • Manage Service Providers support and delivery KPIs I ensure these objectives are delivered through IT governance, project management, budget and cost control, team leadership and management while generating an environment of Continuous Service Improvement and delivery.
